Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at LolitaFetch. To ensure a transparent and smooth after-sales experience, please review the following policy before placing your order.


1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before procurement begins.

Cancellations are not accepted for:

  • Pre-sale, custom-made, or custom-sized items once production is confirmed (usually within 24 hours after payment)

  • Orders that have been shipped

  • Items stored in our warehouse for more than 15 days

Refund standards based on order status:

2. Returns & Exchanges Before Shipping

  • Items stored 15 days or less: exchange available for color/size/style; $5 handling fee per item applies.

  • Items stored over 15 days: exchange not available.


3. After-Sales Service (Shipped Orders)

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or a missing piece, we offer:

  • A full refund of the item amount (shipping excluded), or

  • Free re-delivery

Please email clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns for Personal Reasons

Accepted under these conditions:

  • Request submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Item unworn, unwashed, with all original packaging and tags

  • Return shipping and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility

Refund does not include:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Return customs duties

Refund is issued within 48 hours after inspection.

Exchanges After Delivery

Customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping

  • Return customs fees

  • Re-delivery shipping fees

No returns or exchanges after 7 days of delivery.


4. Damaged Items

Minor Damage (Does Not Affect Wearability)

Examples: loose threads, small marks, minor dust.
Solutions:

  • Self-repair guidance, or

  • Partial refund (3–10)

Full returns are not provided for minor transit defects.

Major Damage (Affects Wearability)

Examples: torn fabric, missing accessories, severe deformation.
Please send photos/video within 48 hours.
Solutions may include:

  • Partial refund

  • Replacement (subject to availability)

  • Store credit


5. Customs & Tariffs

  • If returned by China Customs, re-shipping is free.

  • If returned by your local customs, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

We assist with required documents (invoice, packing list).


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Refusal to pay duties or failure to respond to customs

  • Address changes after shipment

  • Incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer

  • Normal transit delays

  • Damage or loss caused by natural events

  • Package loss without purchased insurance


7. Shipping Insurance

We recommend purchasing “Peace of Mind Shipping Insurance.”

Not Purchased Full refund unavailable; store credit may be provided

8. Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If returned due to incorrect address, uncontactable recipient, or multiple failed delivery attempts:

  • Re-shipping fees and customs costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • We will store the package for 3 months free of charge

  • If unclaimed after 3 months, it will be considered abandoned
