It means we aim to keep product pricing close to the original Taobao or indie brand price instead of adding the large reseller markups often seen in overseas niche fashion. We still need to cover payment processing, currency conversion, quality checks, customer support, and logistics, but we keep the model transparent and practical.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source from verified Taobao and indie Lolita brands and do not sell replicas. When brand tags, packaging, or receipts are available from the supplier, they are included with the order.
Why do brand names sometimes look different from Taobao?
Many Taobao brands do not have official English names. We translate names and option values ourselves, so spelling may vary across platforms. If you want to verify a specific brand or listing, contact us before ordering and we can help identify it.
Is LolitaFetch safe to order from?
Yes. LolitaFetch runs on Shopify with secure checkout, supports trusted payment methods such as PayPal and major cards, and provides tracked international shipping. We are a UK-based business and our support team can be reached at lolitafetch@gmail.com.
Why might a new scam-checker or SEO tool show limited data?
Automated trust and SEO tools often have little information about newer niche stores, especially when a domain has limited backlink history. That does not mean the store is unsafe. The best signals to check are secure checkout, clear contact details, published policies, tracked fulfillment, and real customer support.
Why can Lolita fashion be hard to find on Google?
The word "lolita" can be misunderstood by automated content systems even when the page is clearly about Japanese street fashion. We are improving indexing through clear fashion-focused content, structured internal links, original guides, and consistent community signals.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items usually require about 3 business days for purchase, inspection, packing, and dispatch. After dispatch, many international parcels arrive in about 8-15 business days, depending on destination and customs handling.
Preorder and made-to-order items follow the brand's production schedule. If a brand announces a delay, we will update you as soon as we can.
What happens if my order includes both in-stock and preorder items?
Combined orders normally ship when every item is ready. If you need separate shipments, contact us before or shortly after placing the order so we can review the options.
Can I ask for sizing help?
Absolutely. Send us the product link plus your bust, waist, shoulder width, height, and any fit concerns. We can help interpret size charts, shirring, custom sizing, and whether a piece is likely to work for your body.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout system.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before we begin purchasing from the brand. Once procurement has started, a small restocking fee may apply. Pre-sale, custom-made, or custom-sized items cannot be cancelled once production is confirmed (usually within 24 hours after payment). Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
What if my package gets held at customs?
Most destinations do not incur additional customs duties. For certain regions (such as the US and EU via special-line parcel), duties are included directly in the shipping fee. If customs charges do apply in your country, they are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering. If your parcel is refused due to customs issues, shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime at our tracking page. Tracking updates become available through your local postal service once the parcel enters your country.
How long do preorders usually take?
Preorder timelines vary by brand — most take 2 to 8 weeks after the preorder window closes, depending on the brand's production schedule. The estimated timeline is listed on each product page. If a brand announces any delays, we will notify you promptly. Feel free to contact us before ordering if you need a more specific estimate for a particular item.
How do returns and refunds work?
You may return items within 7 days of delivery for personal reasons, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original packaging and tags. Return shipping and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
