This notice explains how Lolita Ltd, trading as LolitaFetch (“we”, “us” or “our”), handles personal information when you visit lolitafetch.com, create an account, order, contact us or use our services.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details: name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses.
• Orders: products viewed or ordered, payments, delivery, returns, refunds and support history.
• Account data: login credentials, preferences, wishlist and settings.
• Payments: payment method, status and transaction reference. Full card details are normally handled by Shopify and payment providers, not stored by us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, cookie identifiers, pages visited and store interactions.
• Communications: messages, reviews, sizing details and other information you choose to send.

We receive data from you, from your use of the store, and from providers involved in checkout, payment, fraud prevention, analytics, support, sourcing, fulfilment, tracking and delivery.

2. Why we use information

• Contract: to take payment, source and fulfil orders, provide tracking, manage accounts, returns and refunds, and answer order questions.
• Legal obligations: to keep required tax and accounting records, respond to lawful requests and meet consumer and regulatory duties.
• Legitimate interests: to secure and improve the store, prevent fraud, troubleshoot, understand performance and protect legal rights. We balance these interests against your rights.
• Consent: for optional marketing and non-essential cookies or similar technologies where consent is required. You can withdraw consent.

3. Who receives information

We share only what is reasonably necessary with Shopify; payment and fraud-prevention providers; original brands and fulfilment partners; postal operators, couriers and tracking providers; hosting, analytics, communication and support providers; professional advisers and authorities where required; and a successor if the business is reorganised or transferred.

4. Cookies and advertising choices

Strictly necessary technologies support security, checkout and your basket. With your choice where required, we may use analytics, personalisation or advertising technologies. 5. International transfers

Our store and providers operate internationally, so data may be processed outside the UK. Where a safeguard is required, we use an applicable UK adequacy regulation, approved contractual safeguard such as the UK IDTA or UK Addendum, or another lawful mechanism. 8. Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service guarantees absolute security. Do not send sensitive payment or identity information through ordinary email. The store is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from a child who cannot lawfully provide it. A parent or guardian may contact us.

9. Complaints, changes and contact

Please contact us first about a concern. UK residents may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; customers elsewhere may contact their local authority.

We may update this notice when our practices or duties change. We will post the revised version and update the date.
