This white cotton blouse combines a narrow ruffled placket with textured fabric and lace-edged cuffs. The long sleeves gather gently at the wrists, keeping the main body relatively simple for layering. Pure cotton outer fabric with a textured surface. Ruffled front panel and lace-trimmed long sleeves. Regular or fleece-lined version; one blouse only. The narrow strip of ruffles down the front works well when only a small part of the blouse shows above a dress. Its cuffs supply the larger lace detail, balancing a plain or printed JSK without needing another neck accessory.
