A short, open-front chiffon blouse with a wide scalloped lace collar and ribbon ties at the chest. Flared lace cuffs and a softly ruffled edge give the light layer its shell-like outline. Open front with ribbon ties. Long sleeves with flared lace cuffs. Blouse only; shown in White, Black and warm Ivory. The short front keeps a JSK bodice visible instead of covering its waist bow. Its broad lace collar and airy cuffs add detail at the edges, which works especially well over a comparatively simple neckline.
