This white cotton blouse gathers softly beneath a pintucked upper panel. A small rounded collar, lace bands and frilled cuffs add texture, with the long sleeves held in at the wrists before opening into short flounces. Pure cotton with pintucks and lace bands across the front. Rounded collar and gathered lower body. Long sleeves with frilled cuffs; one blouse only. The gathering starts below the bib, so the blouse has movement without losing the neat upper panel. Wear it untucked with a simple skirt to show that shape, or let the collar and cuffs frame a JSK.
