This fitted chiffon blouse has a stand collar, a pintucked bib and sleeves that finish above the wrist in layered lace frills. A narrow ruffled hem repeats the light edges around the chest. Stand collar and lace-edged, pintucked bib. Shorter long sleeves with layered lace cuffs. Fitted cut; blouse only. The shorter sleeves give the lace cuffs a little breathing room around the wrists. A clean JSK neckline lets the square bib remain visible, so there is no need to add a large brooch over it.
