Full sleeves gather into long lace cuffs, with a narrow ruffle around the hem. Button front with a square lace collar. Yilia notes that the puff sleeve shape allows around 1–3 cm flexibility at the shoulder. The square collar gives a clear frame above a plain bodice. The long cuffs are the other focal point, so this is especially effective with a sleeveless JSK.
