This white cotton blouse gathers beneath a lace-banded upper panel, with a softly frilled collar and long sleeves. Narrow pleats and lace strips give the pale fabric definition, while the cuffs finish in short flounces. Pure cotton with lace bands and fine pleating. Frilled neckline and gathered body. Long sleeves with flounced cuffs; one blouse only. The upper panel provides detail even when most of the blouse is covered by a JSK. Its gently gathered body also works worn loose with a skirt, where the cotton's texture and small collar can stay in view.
