Two tiers of pleated ruffles circle the neckline of this fitted chiffon blouse. Full sleeves narrow into deep gathered cuffs with lace edges, and the back has ribbon lacing for shaping. Button front with pleated trim. Rear ribbon lacing; blouse only. The round double collar frames the face without needing a brooch. Its gathered cuffs also give enough detail for a plain JSK with little print or trim.
