Dream Elf places small figures within ornate pointed frames around the hem. The ribbon-laced bodice and front bow repeat the print's vertical lines above a full skirt edged in pale ruffles. Chiffon JSK with an illustrated border print. Ribbon lacing on the bodice and at the back. Dress only; blouse and petticoat are not included. Yilia notes that the fabric looks slightly lighter and brighter in person than in the source photographs.
