This fitted chiffon blouse keeps its volume at the collar and cuffs: a double layer of frills frames the neck, and narrow bell sleeves end in stacked lace ruffles. The button line stays slim through the centre. Double-layer frilled collar and ruffled button placket. Long, narrow hime sleeves with layered lace cuffs. Fitted body; blouse only. These smaller hime cuffs are useful when a wide sleeve would compete with the dress. Their layered edge still shows clearly against a dark skirt, while the collar gives the face a softer frame.
