Submit your initial claim within 60 calendar days of delivery of the item featured in your post. Preorder waiting time does not count. We verify your order and send the reward to its checkout email.

Each qualifying order can receive one US$5-equivalent base reward, regardless of how many items or parcels it contains or how many platforms you post on. Reposting the same content does not create another base reward. Separate qualifying orders need separate original posts and claims. Cancelled orders that were never delivered, duplicate claims and fraudulent submissions are not eligible. Honest criticism or a genuine return request does not, by itself, disqualify your claim.

Original Instagram feed posts, carousels or Reels, and TikTok videos, showing at least one item from the claimed order in an unboxing, try-on or outfit. Tag @lolitafetch and keep the post publicly accessible until review is complete. Photos and videos must be your own or shared with the necessary permissions. Face-free photos are welcome.

Stories alone, private or inaccessible links, screenshots of shop listings, other people's content and duplicate posts do not qualify. This offer is not a reward for reviews on third-party review sites. No minimum followers, likes, views or positive rating is required for the base reward.

Disclose the incentive clearly near the beginning of your caption, and in the video where applicable. Follow your platform's branded-content requirements and local advertising rules. For example:

Your post must reflect your real experience. We do not require a positive opinion, a specific rating or removal of criticism. Neither the base reward nor an additional reward is conditional on a positive opinion.

After you submit a claim and we verify that it qualifies, you receive a US$5-equivalent gift card. A post or tag alone does not trigger a reward: you must submit your claim. We manually review claims and manually issue rewards.

Additional rewards may be offered after we review the post's genuine reach, views, engagement such as comments, saves and shares, and attributable referrals where verifiable. There is no upper cap on additional rewards. No fixed bonus tiers, guaranteed bonus amount or automatic performance tracking are promised. An additional reward is confirmed separately by email before it is issued.

To request a bonus review later, reply to our claim email with your post link, current statistics and the date checked. Screenshots can be attached to that email. You do not need to submit the form again. Updates relate to the original claim and do not create another base reward. Purchased or fabricated views and engagement are not eligible for bonus consideration.

Gift cards are issued in our store currency, GBP. We convert the promised US-dollar reward at the exchange rate used on the issue date and round the GBP amount up to the nearest penny. Your reward email states the GBP amount and conversion details. Future exchange-rate movements can change its value in other currencies.

We aim to review complete submissions within 5 business days. We may ask for a corrected link, missing order information or supporting statistics before approval. Please reply to that request rather than submit a duplicate initial claim.

THANKYOU15 gives returning customers 15% off eligible regular online-store products, once per customer, with no minimum purchase requirement. Use the same checkout email as a previous order. You do not need to share a post or claim a sharing reward to use this offer.

Gift card purchases, Buy It For Me custom invoices, shipping and taxes are excluded from this offer. THANKYOU15 cannot be combined with another product, order or shipping discount. It does not change delivery charges. The code is active with no scheduled end date; any future changes apply prospectively.

Your reward gift card is a payment method, not another discount code. It can be used with THANKYOU15 when your order otherwise qualifies. Apply the discount, then redeem the gift card against the remaining total. Gift cards cannot buy other gift cards. Unspent value remains available for a later purchase. Reward gift cards have no expiry date and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

We use the submitted order email and post link, plus any order number, notes or performance details you choose to provide to verify and process your claim and communicate about it, as described in our Privacy Policy. This form does not subscribe you to marketing. You retain ownership of your content. We ask separately before reposting or using it in advertising; declining that permission does not reduce your reward.
