Soft tulle with woven lining. These are low-volume long underlayers, not substitutes for a full-volume petticoat under a wide-hem dress or formal gown. The white 80 cm mesh option is intended for a mamian skirt and provides very little fullness. The folded-tulle 60 cm version has two folded layers, forming four fabric layers, with cotton lining.
